NOW: The 2020 - 21 Round 2 choice enrollment window opens                     January 21, 2020.

EnrollJeffco Round 1, Dec. 10, 2019 - Jan. 15, 2020
: All parents/guardians use EnrollJeffco to indicate return to current school, plans to attend expected school, or apply for school of choice. Choice enrollment offers will be sent at the end of January.

To register your student(s), click on the EnrollJeffco link and follow the steps to complete the enrollment process.

After an enrollment has been approved for a new student(s), please provide the following three documents to our school enrollment secretary:
1) copy of birth certificate,
2) copy of current immunization records,
3) copy of proof of residence.
During the event of school closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may:
1) Email (as an attachment) your documents to our school enrollment secretary, Karin Bybee:      or
2) Hold your documents until school resumes and the school building is back open to the public.

 About our school:
Green Mountain Elementary School (Kindergarten – 5th grade blended classrooms, including a Tier 3 ASD Center program) is a diverse neighborhood school serving 235 students with 11 spoken languages in addition to English.  Our mission: 'Serve. We are committed to creating an environment where all children are provided opportunities to engage in their learning and experience success through content mastery, civic and global engagement, self-direction and personal responsibility, communication, critical and creative thinking, collaboration and leading by influence, and agility and adaptability. As a restorative school, we value and utilize the elements of restorative practices to support students’ ability to understand others’ perspectives and repair harm.  We are a Professional Learning Community resulting in increased teacher effectiveness and improved student achievement and growth. Through intervention and enrichment, we work collaboratively to address individual student needs, integrate technology, promote safety throughout the school, and encourage parent-community participation.
